Game Isn't loading

Ok, so I am not sure what is going on, but I can't get this game to run.

A few weeks ago, my old computer died. I got a new computer and had to load STO, etc. on the new one.

I loaded the arc launcher, no problem. Downloaded the game. Seems to be fine. Now I try to load up the game, it says "Patching..." but never actually patches, or loads the game or anything.

Am I doomed to never play STO again?

    I completely agree , I've been trying for 3 days now to get STO to work , and it never does . although I can get the other games to work no problem. It's very annoying as I am a huge trek fan and would love to play this game as I had tried it before . I think it's very poor customer service to people that adore this game and want to explore the trek universe like I do . please someone fix this issue
