Trapped in ESD

both myself and another decide to make 2 alts. we skipped the tutorial (done so many times)
and the moment we were free we decided to beam to ESD and go to the tailer and spend some EC and lobi Getting the look of our alts just right.
and we find later we cant beam to ship. so we go to transporter pads and cant get to the academy either. so we got inventive.
first, bug reports. waited... no dice
so we tried getting episode mission to transwarp out. cant get any missions because we are still in tutorial.
we enter a pve queue and after that we finish, we end up still at esd. tried to get fleet map invite. we couldn't receive any... bridge invites... nope.
last chance. force a server error and "safe login".... still trapped on esd.
so we called in the artillery, @pwecaptainsmirk, unfortunately he couldn't help with our strange little problem
another bug report, a few more hours figuring out what to do...... nothing. so now I am hear
hear is a vid to illustrate. please forgive my voice. I was very sleepy at this point and was having a hard time getting my thoughts together

If you've watched the video you knew they cant do that or it doesn't matter.
-they are lvl 5.
-Changing instances solves nothing: they'll still be on ESD.
-they cant tranport to a mission, it's ALL unavailable/greyed out
-they cant beam down back to starfleet acadamy (no beam down prompt)
-they can join a few pve's (which they shouldn't be able to) but they'll just get ported back to ESD upon finishing it
-they cant join pvp
-they cant beam to ship or transwarp anywhere because they do not have a ship yet.

that is a fantastic breakdown of how i am stuck. i will save this thanks.
all i am looking for is some recognition from the devs. and a map move, its on general because i dont want anyone to repeat my mistake.
noobs are at rish from this, and wont bother to report it, most will just leave and uninstall

Ok, I found out how to fix it. Just remove the "http//" from the link and it will work.

The links are double "http:" bug due the forums. The links link correctly but you need to add ":" between "https" and "//"

Hmm... This probably won't help, but I recommend doing PvE to level up, and you might eventually just find a way around the problem. If you get to Lieutenant Commander and buy the ship for that rank, and it doesn't fix it... well you've at least made some progress while waiting for Cryptic to fix your problem.
But ya, this is definitely a Cryptic side problem that needs a Cryptic side solution.

It's sooooo funny that it was ferengi toons that are stuck on ESD. It's so trek lol
Maybe you should PM Taco and ask to add in carts so you can return them for a little EC and maybe he could add an unfinished part of ESD so your toon can sleep at night.
but anyway...yeah it really sucks. Can you at least access a shared account bank? You can save your toon at the tailor and dump all your cash and lobi in the account bank and start over?
