Red Matter Capacitor NOT an account wide unlock!!

The livestream stated the code that gave us the Red Matter Capacitor was an account-wide unlock.

Red Matter Capacitor is NOT an ACCOUNT WIDE unlock, it is one character!!!! :mad:

    This was stated in the livestream, but luckily I claimed it on the character that matters.

    EDIT: Smirk just stated that this is an issue, and they will look into it.

    EDIT 2: Smirk was wrong, one time unlock.

    Well, guess I will not claim it yet since I dunno which toon will benefit the most from it.

    BTW, I assume it goes into one of the device slots...

    They just mentioned on the livestream that everyone is reporting it, and that they will be looking into it...

    Just be happy that you got the unlock at all. I tried getting it unlocked and it didn't work. :mad::mad::mad:

    APPARENTLY changed to once per account with the patch...it was even referred to as a fail, unintentional, but this apparently the way it is staying!! :mad: Not happy at all!

    If it was stated as being a one-time unlock, then fie. But Smirk said it was account wide when it went live. I'm certain a lot of people used this on a character that will have no use for it. Pretty big goof, hopefully people claimed it on the one they wanted.

    Think I will place on my feddy char tho sadly been forced to wait as the server down. Would be nice if acct wide, but can live if only 1 char

    this is a great injustice users that use the code two weeks ago got it as acc unlock we waited so long for this item please consider your single unlock decision :confused::eek:

    Just tried to claim it on second toon and no luck, hopefully this will get a fix. If not then at least I have it on my main toon, would be nice to get it on my others as well though.

    They did say they'd look into it, though I do wonder how we'll get an update concerning this... forums, Twitter, or something else?

    If it is one per account, it would be quite nice if it were bound to account rather than bound to character. This would solve the problem for those that unlocked on the "wrong" character. Just trade through the account bank to the "right" character.

    Either way, thanks for the free item.
