On a more serious note: everyone don't worry, it's an ARC buggy thing - it always says to go to Protector's Enclave to claim the item, but it doesn't affect your claim. You're still get the item in STO.

Start he Arc client now, look in the upper left corner for a drop down and chose 'Redeem code'
