Holodeck Login Issues (9/27) [Resolved]

Captains!

We are currently aware of the server login issue that players are facing. We have our engineering team on it. I will keep you updated with more information regarding the status as I receive it.

    This is not boding well for DR launch. Not at all...

    No its not With all the problems they are having just trying to implement a item upgrade system...I hate to think of a week long crash at DR launch

    You know.... If you used your Tactical Team, they would redirect your server's defenses so these kinds of problems wouldn't happen.

    So I set aside, a gift for myself, playing ST Online. I figure, Friday night and all day Saturday I can play.

    I guess not.

    I guess the game is "free to play" so I should not complain. Still, I have dropped real dollars into it. So much for leveling characters the rest of today. And the programmed downtime on a Friday night?

    Not a great moment.

    jslyn, that is like the most awesome reply. :) Loved it.

    Also, sucks that it is down. But it isn't running a game that is probably overpopulated right now because of all the people coming back for Delta Rising. Do your best guys to get the game back and working!

    Wow, I had to pawn my computer to buy food. Then I finally get it back after 3 weeks of no STO, and what happens? The damn server goes down. Come on Perfect World, if you have this many glitches right now, how in the world are you going to keep the servers up to get DR off the ground? :eek:

    Maybe the oct 14th deadline is too much, maybe it needs to be delayed before something bad happens!

    Whilst the Holodeck server is down, remember that any Gold members (life-time or monthly subscribers) can currently get into the Tribble test server if you want to have a look at some of the Delta Rising stuff coming out!

    attention, the server is dead jim...... My day is currently frozen until one of two things happen, A game comes back online. Or B at 9 pm EST Doctor who comes on and then I am off until its over..... *sad pandas are mad pandas!*

    Great. The test server is up, but live is down.

    This has nothing to do with the DR launch. The game has issues at times if you remember. That being said, I probably wont log into the game the week DR does launch because Im expecting it to be like the rom launch. There will be crashes and server shut downs, but they will be fixed.
