There are these other pc screens made out of glass called windows. Behind those you can find the outside server. Just make sure to open those windows or so called doors when you try to enter it.
I guess that server must be down as well, because those "PC screens"(the ones you call windows) are black to me, nothing to be seen on them.(You know like it is outside in the evening)

Outside.....gee, already been logged in there today. Had to loggin there, surf over to the library server, jump on the internet server and now here I am. Outside server's pretty good, just hate all the 'allergen' environmental effects that drop my character's hp They are a total pain.....

Aside from the merging of threads - you are aware that this is Saturday, right? And that a lot of people don't work on Saturdays as a general rule?

It's nothing to do with PWE, and quite a lot to do with contracts, US labor laws, and the ability of Cryptic to shell out much in the way of overtime pay.
