There are these other pc screens made out of glass called windows. Behind those you can find the outside server. Just make sure to open those windows or so called doors when you try to enter it.

If it means anything its nice to see that things have changed with STO to the point of a Forum Moderator even acknowledging a problem, let alone putting out a call to the Dev's and having one come running immediately. To top it all off, the Forum Mod even spells out what is going on as we speak.

Better than us blindly ranting about " They should call it STOffline" for 70-150 pages of thread, no answer or reply from Dev's... and getting the heads up that there was a problem and it was fixed by a gamer who took the time to come into the thread to tell us.
That's the old traditional company method of dealing with us.
Outside.....gee, already been logged in there today. Had to loggin there, surf over to the library server, jump on the internet server and now here I am. Outside server's pretty good, just hate all the 'allergen' environmental effects that drop my character's hp They are a total pain.....
