Same here, my wife and I were doing PvE's, and upon trying to exit we both got server not responding for over 5 minutes. Closed game, closed ARC, tried to re-log in and got stuck on retrieving character list. Connection timed out, tried to log in again and same thing.
    How cute.

Are you holding hands and killing Borg at the same time?

Same. Guess it's a sign that I can't put off cleaning the bathroom for another hour.

I've already done that... and used it too.

yep add me to the list - when logging into Holodeck, I'm stuck on Retrieving Character List -- and then I get a Login Server timeout message.

It's also only on Holodeck as if I try to get on Tribble, I can log into Tribble just fine.

+1. Stuck on "Retrieving character list".

After couple minutes of waiting I get "Connection to login server timed out" error.

Tried several times now - same thing happens. :(

Has the same issue. Game goes to "Retrieving Character List" and no further, then back to the login screen with the same message as yours.

I know right? The servers only have a 50% uptime as is...
NERF CANNONS - THEY NEED A 50% NERF
CRUISERS NEED A 206% HULL BUFF

Also stuck on retrieving characters. Perhaps it's time to give these hamsters a break and try some fresh ones on the wheel?

Well if there's going to be maintenance we can be certain it's finished in less than 1.5 hours. That is unless they want to cancel their live stream.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
