    Interesting, they had to two down times yesterday for their patch. They are on a bug hunt!

    Same problem here, gave up on the map change at 600 seconds. Oh well I guess its good practice for the inevitable server crashes when Delta Rising arrives (based on past form of course) (someone please feed the tribbles and hamsters that power the server :D).

    And which Ferengi has started the pool on whether or not this will be fixed before the livestream is meant to happen :cool:

    same thing here was loading new map got stuck shut down now can't get back on

    Just tried to switch toons, and got nearly a 534sec "server not responding"; so I closed the game and have been "timeout" ever since....I'm in the U.S.

    While this topic grows we may as well provide some additional info to rule out possibilities.

    Location: Netherlands
    Using arc: yes.
    Using steam: no
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    At this point location and choice of game client won't matter. The servers took a dump.

    It just now happened to me too. I tried restarting the game. After getting hung up on the Retrieving Characters message for a few minutes, it gave me a Login2_Timeout message.

    Stuck on the "Retrieving list of characters..." screen.

    Now I'm starting to expect the following message to show up at the bottom of the screen:

    Tip of the day: Purchase the Delta Operations Pack today, to retrieve your characters more quickly!!
