I think you got us confused with the evul HOBO, we are more than capable of handling these substandard Klinks alone - no help needed, which is why the person you quoted only show in up in a super cheesy Timeship these days fearing that anything else, he (or she) will get vaped before he can even scream.
I think the bigger problem is being able to use the console in battle cloak. If I see a Nebula with a glowing mission pod or any other science ship with the TDF glow on their deflector then I keep my distance but you can't get that with a cloaked b'rel. Maybe they could add -1000 stealth when it's activated?
With that said... your post is coming off as whiny and that's when people stop paying attention.
The console itself is not OP. Were you playing when people were totally undetectable? That was worse...way worse...
Better keep a lot of distance. During a test run in kerrat today i detected cloaked ships as far as 25Km away in my snooper fleet neb.
However i agree that the effectiveness should be strongly reduced when used on cloaked ships.
On my cloaked guardian warbird i still detected klinks at 15Km distance.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

Also, on the subject of time ships and only coming to kerrat in them, whatever happened to your "ultimate" sci ships huh? Haven't seen those in ages lol. Got vaped one to many times?

2) The Recluse had full shields and hull and lots of HOBO Cheese
