    Oh sure there will be additional options but the question is will they work properly?

    I can answer that with a no and will they ever be fixed that will be a basis on what faction you play.

    Federation possibly...

    Romulan Republic... Maybe

    there's no reason for any of that though. you make it worse, but for what purpose?

    its to good in pve?

    no, the best max deeps builds dont use it. its a bit of an easy mode, but so what?

    its to good in pvp?

    no, pvp is ruled by sci ships and healers, that can exclude needing weapons energy at all, and are easier to minmax and thus stronger. the tactical ships that run AtB are stretched more thin, and the escorts that don't need it can run high aux AtD and fly circles around them


    its not to good anywhere. in fact the cruisers and escorts that rely on it to compete would be garbage without it. its balanced NOW, not without it.

    Quoted for truth! Cost/opportunity of a2b is just right IMHO.

    Im just gonna assume that you have no idea what you are talking about

    1) the OP was referencing ways to earn delta marks....ya know.......the thing that is the exact same no matter what faction you are :eek:

    2) What are you basing this on, the dyson battlezones? oh wait......they work almost perfectly :rolleyes:

    3)......this is the most out of place protest against the devs favoring the federation i have ever seen :confused:

    nobody wants placate , the problem with placate is i tractor you to kill you , you placate, dont have to hit a buff in response to break the tractor , its a free escape its stupid and nobody wants it on either side of a match :/

    I think you fell for a red herring. It was already possible to stack 2 disruptor set bonuses in space even when the 8472 rep first came out (8472 + silent enemy).

    We did get the particle emission plasma torpedo though. Huge thank you to whoever made that - it's the only reason I even bother with crafting.
    At least with the disruptor, we had to use lobi to make the gear. Making it a bit more difficult to obtain.

    And anyway, I was just saying they had an excuse, I never said it was a good one. But right now, they don't even have an excuse.

    So, why no plasma weapon for the rom ? Talk about an alliance rep, KDF and fed have their own damage type, but not the romulans.
    there's that fix AtB thing again, i really wish someone would actually coherently say whats wrong with it.
    I don't know, maybe because a proper a2b build will basically double your BOFF powers ? Granted, you can remove 2 of them for a2b. And also add a lot of powerlevel to everything except aux, pretty much all the time.
    And what's the cost for this ? You loose aux half the time. Yeah, I know it's so bad. You have to use engineering team/science team to heal you now.

    Also cost three doff slots that Vapers are using for Overload DOFFs, that Scis are using for evul sci DOFFS, that speed tankers use for Attack Pattern DOFFs. Its a fair trade.

    I'd love to hear what the opportunity cost is, because I'd love to take a screenshot of the ridiculous amount of abilities all active at the same time almost all the time on aux to bat boats. Aux low? It has been proven that a dual aux2bat build lets the aux power float up.

    Frankly, I hope Geko swings the nerf bat hard on aux2bat. No more PvE spacebar DPS FAW spam ships or PvP ships that can clear any debuff thrown their way.

    ok so I took a few days to look things over and this is my review of what need fixing with this rep:

    Space trait Rending shot: Bad, bad and BAD, a stacking buff that get reset everytime I crit? seriously cryptic? In space combat I am getting 3 or 4 crittical hit per second!!! the stacks gets removed before I even have time to see them pop up.

    During ground play with a single gun firing at a single ennemy this is a design that work, but the space verssion need a complet redesign, sorry to be blunt but that's about the truth of it

    Space Unimatrix Shield Array; the unimatrix shielding proc is way too weak in a pve encounter. 10% chance per hit to get one 10 sec long stack is nowhere near enough to reach the max of 3 stack in pve. Stop desiging those kind of proc as if if NPC ship were as good as player ship.

    You KNOW that NPC ship are incapable of firing more than a couple of beam array at the player at any point in time. Right know I'll be lucky to even just maintain a single stack in a 1vs 1 with an NPC ship.

    I am sorry to say that this shield in it's current form is vastly weaker than fleet shield, again. And we're not not exactly short on rep shield made useless because of fleet shield, plenty of those to go around. Either severly boost the proc chance or increase the proc duration, but for once just once it would be nice to get a rep shield that's actually somewhat competite versus fleet shield. fix that proc and this shield will be alright.

    Trajector Warp/Singularity core: I don't even know where to begin, I just don't get it. Why is there no sector speed traveling bonus AT aLL on this thing? not only is the standard transwarp/sream CD reduction missing, but we're still stuck at warp 10 AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have been forced to use the assimilated set for 2 freacking year and I am tired of it but I can't change it if it mean butchering my sector space travel speed do you have any idea of how boring it this to make an entire doffing tour of the galaxy at warp 9.97? it's worse than tedious it's downright painfull. I would very much like to know why you stoped giving warp speed increase bonus to engine after season 6 and the fleet base, because I don't see anything justifying that .

    EVERY END GAME SET SHOULD GET A SECTOR SPACE TRAVEL SPEED BONUS.
    I see two choice for this set either make the wrap core give warp 14 speed, just like the adapted warp core found on the tal shiar battle cruiser lock box ship or make trajector jump work in sector space, just like subspace fold from the solanoe hybrid set.

    In conslusion this new set has potential, it could be great, but these point need to be adressed.

    The only other engines that increase warp speed are the maco engines, and without either the tour the galaxy run is impossible to complete.

    I end up switching ships just to do the tour because my gear is better than the adapted or maco set that i no longer use.

    yeah im curious after seeing the Dev rep blog and not seeing where they are going with it , know its all in flux but can still get the idea of what they want

    Thank you for these. The Delta Alliance Space Shield is actually much better than I expected...unfortunately for me, with the choice of a hyper engine and bonuses seemingly oriented towards speed and turn rate (which remains to be seen for sure), it will probably end up being a no-go for my cruiser. I will say that it would be great for speed tanking players.

    But really, that warp core. Is it intentional that all set warp cores are decidedly sub par when compared to other available options? :rolleyes:

    That new Delta operations 3x weapon set sux. WHY BEAM AND A DUAL CANNON!?!?!? STUPID COMBO. BEAM TORPEDO AND TURRET, or DUAL BEAM TORPEDO AND SOME CONSOLE, or TORPEDO AND 2 console....but what the frack is BEAM CANNON AND TORP all doing together???? ( i would rather stick to my grav torp set than this ****)

    No, you got it all wrong. Its a choice. Its not Beam AND DHC, its Beam OR DHC. It is not sux, its good. 3 pc set is console + torp + energy weapon (beam or DHC, whatever u choose). I only wish we had this on other rep weapon sets like the Romulan rep for example.

    I have to say i like the new sets in general the space set will be first i use sense adapted maco for my fed , i like it without even seeing the 2, 3, 4, piece set bonuses.

    I do think the Gel Pack will be a widely talked about console and almost be a required for most.

    And i am curious about the recharge time on the torpedo seeing how good it is , and if it will be target able.

    I don't know if this has been reported yet, I haven't looked over the entire thread, but,

    I have found a MAJOR PROBLEM with one of the new delta rep traits.

    I made it to tier 4 rep. The one that gives you a hull heal when you make a critical hit, is healing me on EVERY crit hit, with no cooldown or anything. Its just stacking, like crazy. I have a near 20% crit chance, and use beams that have crtHx3, I crit, a lot. I did the capture the flag mission, on elite, and this trait is just complete god mode. My hull never went below 100% for more then a fraction of a second as long as I kept firing and making crit hits. While its kind of fun, this needs to be nerfed, and hard. It should have a cooldown before it can trigger again, at the least, of like 15 maybe even 30 seconds, or more. This is completely GOD MODE as it is with a high crit chance.

    Then I did the ground part of the mission, using the same ground version of the trait, and even with wayy less crit hits, its not much better, its still near god mode with no cooldown at all.

    Is this intentional, to get a weapon from the Equipment Requisition Box that one can not buy from reputation store (modifiers wise)
    And - sponsorship token for Delta rep. does not work.

    I just read in the tribble notes they are adding the reputation things to console on drozana so i hope they add those ancient power cells for those of you supplying the rest of us with pictures info and thoughts

    Please unlock all possible mod combination for ground and space weapon in the delta rep store. For example 3x[crtd[; 3x[acc].
