Ultra Rares that are sellable on the Exchange are currently crafted only, which require a fair bit of Dilithium in sub-components. I expect it to go down as more gain level 15 crafting, but it won't be a huge drop for any length of time (maybe some quick dumping at the start, but not for very long) thanks to the Dilithium costs. That, and there's an upgrade mechanic that'll be introduced with DR, which lets you upgrade older item marks.

    Interesting! Thanks.

Well I fly a fleet Tor'Kath that I'm loving, might upgrade it but going to wait a bit cause they might drop a few different versions of the intel ship as time goes on and if I can get a sleeker nose I'll buy it.

I'm doing well in the ESFTs right now with my old MKXII borg weapons and some of the rep gear. So I'll fly into the DQ for some raiding and maybe a sexy spy mission or two with my orion boffs. Might give me reason to finally pull out the liner I earned and go full pirate theme on the new/old territory.

My main Fed will take her t4 AC and crush everything until I get the dil to zen to get the new intel ship, then she'll upgrade.

My Rom might get the intel raptor and/or upgrade his scimatar, not sure yet.

As for my other three alts they will join in time, most likely with crafted gear and some free or account unlocked t6 ship (like the intel on the fed side) to start or they can earn their own upgraded ships later.

Honestly between the rep gear and some crafted weapons/consoles most should be more then fine in the new zones.

My only hard decision is weither my fed toon will bring a new lion escort or stick with her dinos from dyson group for the new adventure zone.

you are 30 years too late the Klingons already have a Planet in the Delta Quadrant. the entire crew of the D7 that Voyager left marooned. it had men women and children no reason why 30 some odd years later the population has not at the very least doubled.

It's okay the ppl at cryptic didn't realize that either lol.

There is nothing to say that anomaly that affected that one planet that time ran at alarming fast rate. That anomaly or one like it could have encompassed that planet they were left on and might be a klingon empire larger than the one in the alpha quadrant for all we know.

However I doubt anything will be done for the kdf besides those charity ships that most likely won't be what they make them out to be lol.

I'll just use my JHAS and lockbox ships for now. I want to support the KDF but won't be purchasing anything until a t6 BOP comes out.
