Where is the windows download link for STO?

I am a long time user who needs to load STO on a different PC. I have tried to use the newer ARC tool multiple times, and clicking the 'play for free' button does nothing, even if I am signed into my account.

    I had the same problem, it used to be simple and straight forward, then they changed to this stupid idiotic arc sh** for no reason, I downloaded the old setup.exe from the popular game file sharing site, then let it do the big update. I'm not wasting my time with the pointless support when they always try saying it's a problem on our end not theirs.
