    It shouldn't have any effect on the setup download, that said, depending on what server the installer downloads the game files from, it might interfere with that.

    launcher times out with error: cannot connect to patch server.

    The launcher still won't load for me either. I wonder if they have locked out Steam users from updating.

    I left and relogged, can't get back on. Still have another toon in-game on a laptop though. May be a load issue

    Ditto same here been happening to me for about 2 hours now, was able to log in earlier but logged out to play another game. Now can't log back in

    I still have the normal launcher, no arc no steam, can't log-in, im from the netherlands.

    Disabling my firewall for a few minutes let me update the launcher. . I can log in now

    Thanks! I figured out I need an "Arc Client". Working on that now!
