Unable to connect to patch server

Not just STO but Neverwinter as well. Net is working fine (obviously since I am posting here lol).
Wow. There is a new KDF Science ship. I'll be!

    Still not working. :-(

    same issue here for me unable to connect to patch server ISp VM UK Liverpool

    Same here. Tried starting it through both the Arc and Cryptic launchers to verify.
