SAD story of how nobody care about lifetimer
Where to begin. Im lifetimer since open beta with coming and going. Me income ingame is going from Dil exchange when i play with it so i dont need to grind and i do what i want to do .
And there where the SAD story started .
May 15 - from previous day, i put some orders to buy zen for 154 which was there. Some was bought. But meanwhile price went down. SO i wanted to withdraw the stuff. It wasnt working . was getting internal error. So 6520 zens was hanging there. ( picture 1-2 )

That happened to me in the past and i know that maintnance clear that up so i wasnt worried. Was busy couple of next days and handt time for sto much. So when i payed attention to sto. After maintnance i noticed, its still hanging there. Found that weird. so i decided to wait for next one . Didnt helped also.

Sending ticket to UI deparment . As you can see response is, Send a ticket ingame . Found that silly, why you send me to ingame. when i write you here. But ok. I did that right away and started waiting.
For long time nothing was happening. So told myself. Looks like its black hole , lets try another way.

And to me suprise Frosty did with comment. Ill look into it. So that put me hopes up. But nothing happened. I try to ask, any progress and then little bumping it . Nothing
So was getting frustrated. That noone is doing anything about MONEY issue.
June 26 . Trendy show up on Risa. Thanks to Foundry stuff. I manage to catch him and talk to him and point it to me issue. His responses were , did i send a ticket. I did. So he noted it and told me, he will pass it along when he will be back in office. I said ill send him reminder in few days which i did on 1 July. ( pic 4 )

No response. Nothing happening .
Mad was chatting in the fleet channel . What should i do. One dude tried to offer solution . Try tweeting geko. That he respond quite often . So tried that. Nothing happened ( this one was kinda desperate move )
So 7/7
So shouting with frustration on risa, what to do . Got that a tip. Try ticket with zen transfer issue. there they respond quite quickly. So send them message. Response was it should work now, wait for update. So i did. 2 days ago it went through. ZEN still stucked with internal error. Sending them info . Response it must be ingame bug. Please send a ticket in game. I DID THAT MANY WEEKS AGO . ( PIC 5 )

So now 3 days to July 15 . So in 3 days it will be 8 weeks since i got zen stuck there.
This service which CRYPTIC provide is kinda pushing people very much to STAR CITIZEN. I Can understand that ingame bugs take time . But that NOONE CARE about money issue problem. Was planning to be there like in ratio 80 : 20 . With this. it will be almost 100 percent of me free time .

Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.
ghyudt : this wasnt first time this happened to me . Yes. its quite common that it get stucked. And i didnt report this for the first time. ( previous time usual weekly update helped. This time it didnt ) They had all the information there. And they could easily ask the question . Could you provide more information ? They didnt asked.
AND about this bug. THEY GOT IT RIGHT THERE. On the silver plate. I dont know what else i could PROVIDE.

Perhaps they did wish to help you, but where not allowed to for some reason, and where then too embarrassed to speak up again after promising that they would. I have heard some bad things and similar stories from others, I'm not sure what would be the matter. But let's not jump to any conclusions on this matter just yet. I also feel other players shouldn't hate on each other, this is our gaming community and we should be able to support one another and offer help or advice when someone has a stressful issue like this to deal with! If something had come up for me, I would like to have the confidence to think I could bring it up and have my friends or the games staff assist me.
The Doom thread would be the worst place to talk of this, that is just a reserve for people who are just playing around, you would end up feeling worse from the reply's that would follow there. If you have something difficult that you think needs to be heard, then post about it as you did, to get the word out there, someone may have an answer for you.

ironically if this if genuine would be even worse then someone telling you as it is on a doom thread. all you get is a kind smile and not a whole lot more.

I'd be a whole lot more sympathetic to OP if (a) xe had used proper English, (b) xe hadn't misgendered Trendy (I do NOT like it when everybody just assumes that important people are dudes), and (c) xe hadn't been quite so abusive towards Cryptic.
Some bugs are harder to deal with than others. Some bugs are easier to deal with than others. This looks like it's just a very tough bug to deal with.
I agree somethings may take a while or be impossible to fix. But if it where me, I would like to be contacted every so often so I know they where still working on it and cared, who wouldn't? Answers can come up we may not like, but you should give the poor guy some relief.
Protesting Cryptic doesn't seem like a good solution ether, but it wasn't my money so I can't condemn the OP for his frustration. Don't give up on them yet, they might not have a solution at this time to give you, and I'm sure there is a good explanation for what is going on, please Cryptic, talk to him and help him out.

They can easily copy me char to study it. And me actual playing character can have me zens back
I totally do not understand why they do not do anything that , it is on the accusation ! You've sent them the money that is stuck in the system, they promised to do something and do not do.
