Im quite new to the game. I managed to get my first toon up to level 50 and bought the Vesta ship pack. Can every fed toon i play to level 50 get access to all 3 ships?
This is true of cause... But thats because a romulan is part of... well... the romulan faction, and not federation or klingon faction.
Really? My Federation aligned Romulan claimed the Escourt Refit. That character is only level 10 so I haven't gotten to try with any others I've bought. Also, I though the tutorial said I could use any ship of the faction I join.

Thats because the ship isn't Tier 5.
All T5 ships are faction specific... Lower Tier ships are offered to RR characters though.
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
I don't think a Federation aligned Romulan character can use it(them). But yes, you can reclaim them as much as your heart desires....
nope, you can only claim ships as a romulan up to captain, after that cannot claim fed or KDF ships.

This is one thing I feel needs to be corrected. According to the wording on it, you can get any of their ships. However, any ships that unlock for that faction you sided with at level 40 and over are exempt from this. For new players, it is misleading, and can lead to some players picking a faction thinking the can use a specific ship with their Romulan if they side with them.
Another thing it doesn't explain is that when you reach level 10, 20, or 30, you cannot use your free ship token for the ships that the faction you sided with get for free with the ship token.
I don't think that they should change this mechanic, just clarify the way it is written so it is no longer misleading to new players that haven't seen anything on the forums yet to warn them.
