I have a few basic swimwear requests:

    • Fix the, erm, "shadow" around the bikini line
    • Let us use the Beachcomber shorts (if we have them) as the bottom
    • Let us use the sandal feet option
    • How about scarves? Some of the NPCs wear them. Seems it would be easy enough to let us wear them, using existing assets
    • Some more decorative stuff might be nice, even if it's just reused assets like the formal necklace/bracelets
    • Make black a color option (why isn't it?)

Yes, I do play Space Barbie, thanks for asking

Im going to put this in as a request rather than a new thread but...

Could we please have 2 things added to the Wetsuit, please.

First, can we have a zipper on the back, done up to the neck with the pull cord?

For Reference, this is what I mean... http://university.tri-sports.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Blueseventy170.jpg

Right now the wetsuit, which I greatly appreciate having in the game even if it only works on Risa feels more like it is a spray-on suit. It also constantly has me humming the X-Men Adventures theme song as I surf about. I think adding the zipper would help break up the suits lines a little and help alleviate the idea that it is just a "skin".

We could also have front zippers, which could add more variety of wetsuit into the game as an Open and Closed variety for me and for Women. I'd also like to see a wetsuit hanging from the waist only the bottoms being worn, again this could be for both genders as most people men an women wear other bathers underneath wetsuits, especially if they are wearing them in this manner.

    For reference... http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2012/07/10/article-2171711-14025C5A000005DC-816_634x1044.jpg

Secondly while I do love the vibrant colours of the current Wetsuits, where is our black and greys, 99% of the wetsuits I have ever seen and everyone I have ever owned have had Black on them somewhere.

Anyways, great work on all the swimwear this year... now if it was also globally unlocked...

More Borg pieces for us for whole body... why NPC's have them and we don't - because they are already in the game.. see the Risian vacationer & the hand, and no, it's not a kit... pretty please?

I'd really like to have off duty casual, like jeans and a blank nondescript T-shirt/polo.
Something normal, something to wear at Risa rather than swim wear or a uniform. The best we got right now is the off duty blank shirt, but it has designs on the sleeves that makes it look like a Christmas sweater, something that doesn't look good unless it's all in black.
Oh, and jackets would be nice too. New Kirk wore a leather jacket when watching the enterprise being built, so leather is timeless. Leather jackets would be nice, but since they are a bit out of place, make 21st century casual cost zen, like 21st century formal.

That vest female Starfleet officers seem to have under their uniform from late TNG onwards would be pretty nice.

+132473847 to this idea. The wetsuit looks like spandex right now, we need zippers. Mainly ups to the open/half-off idea though. I bought the shorts and the wetsuit because I figured I'd be able to use the bare chest option from the shorts and the bottom of the wetsuit to make an "open" look on the wetsuit, like when you walk around with the bottoms on but the upper half just hanging or tied around your waist.

Also, the crotch bulge is wrong. Generally you have some slack between your thighs and whatnot, suits don't ride up to the extent ours does.

YES. There are no good casual shirt options. The miner outfit would've been adequate, but you can't wear the rolled sleeve variant without the completely function-less utility vest and there are no decent collar options if you don't want your cleavage out. Speaking of which, why does that zipper hug the sternum on females? It looks like you're wearing some weird shirt/bra single garmet combo. Shouldn't it be taut?

But yeah, some good pants and shirts would be excellent, as would open jackets. I'd love if this winter's new jackets were just the old ones in an "open" configuration with maybe a ringer-tee underneath? You could even do faction or fleet insignia design variants of the shirts like how there are factional hoverboards. Not to mention an open cropped jacket would enable those of us with the female ferengi lobi off duty outfit to get a similar uniform look among our crew.

Also, now that we know the color palettes can be updated via patch, can we get a universal color palette already?

Since the KHG Be'Ves chest gear works again, could we please get a proper chest for Ferasan?

    Shaved chests look very strange.

This is such a tease! I've been wanting access to that piece for a long time now. Hopefully as an arm-mounted weapon, like the Undine Biotech one from the Lobi Store.
Regardless, I'd love to be able to get that costume piece.

I don't post here much, usually lurking, but I thought I might add my voice to the choir here, as long as we're putting in requests and all...

I'd love it if hairstyles and, to a certain extent, skintones got their arbitrary species-specific barriers removed. For a specific example, my Vulcan main really, really wants the Romulan olive-y skintones and that one new hairstyle with the flippy bangs--the Short Swoop, to wear instead of his old plastic-y Groomed 03. I don't really understand why hairstyles are restricted at all--by gender, maybe, because they fit different models/attach to different bones, although I still wish both had access to the same styles even if they weren't the same actual pieces. But species? Sure its hard to imagine a Vulcan with dreadlocks, but it could happen. Maybe they just enjoy, or are experimenting with, alternative styles, or they're a v'tosh ka'tur... But the Short Swoop makes even less sense to restrict. Especially when its all around one of the better looking hairstyles available--among the other new, and many unnecessarily Romulan-only, hairstyles.

In a similar vein, its clear why Andorian blue skin isn't available to Humans and so on, but shouldn't at least Romulans and Vulcans have the same options, being so closely related and green-blooded and all? (And Humans can have olive skin too, to be fair!) Again referring to my main, I've been pretending he has medium-tan olive skin since practically the beginning, but now that he has a Romulan AU counterpart with it, I see how much better the real thing looks than just pretending.

So I hope unlocking some of these restricted options to other species like that is being or could be considered! :o

I'd like to expand upon this idea a bit. What I'd like to see are Borg parts that can be attached at the existing "slots":
    • Arms
    • Wrists
    • Hands
    • Chest
    • Hips
    • Ankles
The style would be similar to the pieces current available for the head (I'm thinking mostly of the more plate-like pieces). I'd also reference Seven of Nine. She had an implant on her upper right arm that was visible in a few episodes.

Those of us using mirror universe themed uniforms could use more cropped uniforms. What about cropped Academy and Odyssey Uniforms?

Personally i would appreciate it if they simply unlock all the options for the existing uniforms like the Odyssey for example (admiral jacket or the fitting belt). They could just open it in the Fleet Tailor for example, it makes absolutely no Sense for me not to.

Would be nice if blue/purple palette was added to Undine biotech battle armor and if it was possible for the fluid antiproton wrist lance to follow the color pattern of the armor (assuming an undine armor is worn).

I so would like to have it in blue on my grey alt. :P

Been playing a couple of episodes that featured Captain Shon of the Enterprise and noticed that he's now wearing the captain's version of the Odyssey uniform only displaying the division bands on the sleeves like those on the ESD medical officer and Admiral Quinn! C'mon devs! Please stop teasing us! Let us have all the Odyssey uniforms in the tailor rather than making us toil and grind for them?

I just want some more full body skin options for each race and gender. And no, not just for the swimwear.

One of my main toons is a human with fiery red hair and pale skin. She does not look right without freckles!

I know that in DS9 it was just a pin worn on the left hand side of the collar opposite the rank insignia...

But I wouldn't mind seeing the sideways red delta and enlarged gold 'Command' star of Red Squad as a combadge...

Sleevless options for the Miner's undershirt would be good too.
Also, a sleeveless option for the Explorer shirt.

:: A clean revamp of the TNG Season 3-7 TV uniforms (no more armclipping textures especially on female versions, please).
:: TNG Season 2, Season 3-5 and Season 6-7 Admiral uniform variants (probably part of a TNG pack with the revamp I suggested above, along with the new Galaxy corridors and bridge set).

    That would be awesum. :)

Now that we're getting the Odyssey as a free uniform in 9.5, how about "open jacket" versions of the various Odyssey jackets -- I'm picturing most of them opening like the Sierra 1 jacket, with the Dress version having an open flap like the Wrath of Khan jacket.

I would gladly buy this from the C-Store. :D

Only just noticed this thread, so I will repost my recent post in the General Discussion area (http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?p=17886431#post17886431) here :

Well, the recent changes to uniforms are great and all allowing players to mix and match just about everything... With one exception...

What about Reputation Uniform Unlocks - Omega, MACO, KHG, Heavy Voth and the CC Exosuit specifically?

I doubt that I am alone in the desire to be able to combine these specific 'uniform unlocks' with the standard uniform options already available, and IMO feel that many of the standard uniform options would work very well with the Reputation 'uniform unlocks'.

    A couple prime examples :

The KDF Veteran shoulders and sash, or even many of the Nausicaan armour options, combined with the KHG Uniform.

Some of the Kit options combined with the Omega and MACO sets could work well, such as the 'holographic armour' from the former Science kits, or the Security Shoulder pads as an alternative to the MACO pads...

The Hirogen Armour options would probably go quite well with the CC Exosuit (I hate the slippers that it comes with)...

In theory, implementing this should be no more difficult than incorporating any other uniform option, once a player has obtained the necessary 'uniform unlock', by obtaining the full Reputation Armour set, they can then combine the options from that unlock with any other uniform option they have earnt.

Could the fingerless gloves that come as a part of the Bortasqu' gauntlets be stripped off those and made into a hand option, like the other gloves, instead? It doesn't really make sense that they're a part of the gauntlets, and separating them it would allow us to use the gloves with other wrist attachments.

Would it be possible for Romulan characters, who have unlocked the various KHG uniforms, to actually be able to choose and display the appropriate armoured collars and upper arm plates where applicable?

Presently these options are not available on female Romulan characters and at the very least male Bridge Officers (unsure if Romulan male characters have the option)...
