Unable to Establish Connection

Just finished updating the latest STO update on my second computer (which uses ARC), and now I can't get into STO. It keeps locking up at the Cryptic Screen and crashes and message saying On Demand Patching unable to establish connection.

Went to Options to change the on-demand setting and it still will not work.

    So have you tried the 'Patch Proxy' option in the Launcher Option Menu ???
