Arc crashing trying to update, help cant play NW and STO because of it.

Arc standing for Automated Rejecting Crashing client. Is crashing trying to auto update. ergo i can't launch the client and ergo I cant launch STO. I'm at my wits end. help.

Yes i rebooted computer, yes i went into task manager and checked there. Nothing seems to work.

Yes i tried to launch sto separately and the game is not having any of it. :(

Help.

    Same problem too, checked Arc's twitter and FB page but see no indication anywhere that they are even aware there is a problem. Transparency people...

    EDIT: I sent in a ticket for all the good it will do...

    Go into the folder where the arc program resides, activate the "ArcRepair" application. Let it complete, then you should get to the login screen after it "checks" for downloads.
