Glitching

Hello and thanks for a great game. Unfortunately I've been glitching all day today and I don't know why. I was hoping someone on your end could look into it. I'll move my character several feet from where I started from and a few seconds later he reverts back to where I moved him from. I can't do STF's at all in this condition. Please help. It was sort of this way yesterday too before the latest patch. todays date is May 29, 2014.

    Probably just Network traffic causing difficulty

    Could be your end or Busy Servers , But its all too familiar to me in many games due to a slightly unreliable connection I have

    I am not sure what's going on, Neverwinter and STO are not loading or patching (respectively) at all.
