So, anytime I log in with my Romulan character or anytime I log in another map or even when I respawn ... my active space doffs roster turns into some kind of prior setting.
I say this because I see my old 3 purple technicians instead of Marion, the KDF Dicrok and Dylrene whom I've purchased in the last - say - 2, 3 months.
So, until this bug is fixed, I suggest you all to check your space doffs and if you see them ****ed up like mine, well, chances are they'll **** themselves up anytime you log into another map or respaw or log into your toon.
Same bug kept happening to my Fed Sci's Tyken's Rift DOFF... everytime I slotted it and changed maps it was reset to another DOFF. I fixed it by going to the exchange and buying a different Tyken's Rift DOFF and slotting that one.
Happening to me as well... Its rebounding to a previously set Doffs. and since i don't have my old cannon one anymore, its actually unslotting my cannon recharge time officer outright. so mid battle I realize i got a 30 sec cool down x.x
This bug is disabling. it happens on just about every transition to a different area, effectivly breaking space combat for me...
This is driving me nuts.....if i go to my other loadout and put the doffs I want to use on that one they stay the same but if i try to change them for anything else I have to save them to the other loadout so they wont change when I change maps....
Hi, I have the same problem with a doff technician, char romulan tac-fed with 6 slot active space roster. Have two ten of ten (technician) and one benzite technician(with the reject problem).
idk about duty officers but for space skills this is insanely annoying. every time I switch to a new area about 20... 20! of my skills 2 complete skill bars almost completely disappear and I have to drag the skills one by freakin one back too the bar. its so annoying half the time now im just sayin **** it and going with out the majority of my space skills. this is a HUGE issue that needs to be fixed.

I have 5 on active space duty and 2 of them always got kicked with time (like every 5-10 mins) or if i warp and such what mentioned above, was seem like it got fixed with one of the daily patch because it was working right for like a whole hour but after then it started the thing again. Whenever that special 2 duty officer of mine got kicked back to the reserve roster i get this message:
[System][LoadoutOwnerItemsMissing] Unable to assign some duty officers to the active roster.
Happening with a federation toon.
Have to mention that right after the new season came out i had an issue with my Dyson Science Destroyer, when radom things from the ship just was in my invertory like almost everything was just put to there while i wasn't doing that but that was fixed with the first maintenance came after. The duty officer problem is present since that time, why i mentioned the issue with the ship.
Two purple DOFFs and one blue constantly get removed to make room for three green ones that I had on active space duty before the start of the new season.
I've checked my game files integrity, tried removing and replacing the DOFFs, tried saving different loadouts, but the same green ones keep coming back (damn you, Clifton Earl Kardux!).
Good to read that I am not the only one having this issue. It's driving me nuts.
Yeah, this is really annoying when my DOFFs reset every time I change a map, but hey, it's Cryptic. What would this game be if it didn't have all these awesome bugs.
I am having the same problem with one of my characters. Beam down, Unable to equip some items from the loadout. Then, Unable to assign some duty officers to the active roster. When my roster changes all my Doffs are removed but one. I tried to delete the remaining Doff, but it did not work. I have an additional problem. When I beam up or down, all my Bridge Officer powers are removed or rearranged in the tray. Only have this with one character. Only happens when beaming down and up.
Anyone know of an official response to this or a post to add my name to the problem?

This seems to be happening to me but whenever I map move, ALL my DOFF Space slots go empty and need to be reassigned. Am I the only one getting this particular type of bug?
Happens to me also, I can tell from that message that its the loadout system that is automatically reassigning doffs even if you haven't saved any loadouts, it just goes to previously active doffs.
This has only started happening to me since Season 9. Annoying as hell since every map means I am flying into combat with no Space DOFFs at all, hampering my power.
When redoing YET AGAIN.... I had an old blue quality Doff that keeps showing up. I believe its one that you get from Facility 4028. Anyway it was a bound DOFF. Except that it was no longer showing the red locked icon. It came back after they reset AGAIN but for a while it was not bound
I have a bonus reputation mark pool active so my test reward tribbles give me 2 marks each instead of 1. But when I use the first tribble to get marks when they're ready again (always the Solanae tribble first) I get this

I am experiencing the same thing.
I got 3 new technicians and went to space to save my setings went into a fleet alert and went to acitvate A2B and nothing.
Checked my doffs and they were still my 3 previous damage controls doffs.
I've been able to reproduce this finally. I've written up the bug and sent it on to software. Thanks to everyone for your assistance in tracking this down.
Game is just loading your layout that you set on that ship. So if want it to stop save the layout the way you want and then apply it to the ship. Or you can simply just delete the ship and get another and layout problem is gone.
This will let you put more turrets and batteries in device slots so they are always full stack when going to space.

Also after Thursday's patch, I keep having the same problem on my KDF/Rom tac ... and even keeping the window open when I transwarp to an stf , my 3 old purple techs and another old one unslot the 4 doffs who should be in active duty ... how long is this bug supposed to stay?

Unable to slot more than two active energy weapon duty officers on the klingon side. Can't even slot more than one if I use a doff with the same name. Believe the doff name is Dheej or something close to that. Duty officer is from the romulan survivor duty officer pack.
I ran into this bug, and was able to successfully break out of it by doing the following:
Beam into space on the affected ship.
Set my DOFF roster the way I want it.
Make a loadout for the ship. (I called mine "Default", but the name shouldn't matter.)
SET THE LOADOUT as your currently active loadout for the ship!
That last step is the most important. I tried setting loadouts and then leaving, and it never fixed the issue. You actually have to turn it on. After I did that, I no longer lost my perferred DOFF loadout.

What I did is make a space loadout consisiting of all new DOFFs (space virgins).
Ever since, that loadout "held".
Try it, might work for you as well.
Haven't put older DOFFS back yet. Dunno of that will work.
