I have supported this game from the very beginning, been a lifetime member since 2010 and own almost the entire C store yet for some reason none of the bugs and issues i have been having have been addressed and i have been ignored.
My main and only toon that I really play has had the following issues:
I cant access my account bank
I cant buy any fleet ships
I cant reclaim or access anything from the C Store.
I dont quite understand why I would be ignored but I am sick of the same scripted excuse when it comes to these issues. I am getting the vibe nobody cares? I mean is this how you treat your players who have supported this game?
I have submitted multiple bug reports and sent in tickets and nothing. Now i have no other means to communicate except by posting on the forums so maybe a dev, GM or someone from Cryptic will actually read this. I hope someone actually cares because many people I talk to tell me that isnt really going to be the case. I hope I am wrong. I love playing the game but honestly Im going to stop if the issues cant be fixed. This is ridiculous and before anyone comes here to ridicule me for posting this remember, maybe if I haven't been ignored I wouldn't be posting it in the first place

I received the response they are unknown game bugs. I filed a couple tickets and that I am to submit a bug report. Those dont obviously get a response but needless to say ive been without account bank access this entire time. I also cant buy any fleet ships and havent been able to reclaim anything from the c store (like ships for example) for 3 months+ now. If you send me a PM Ill send you a link to a video I did to be able to show you what I am talking about. I recorded a private video even so tech support and the people who handle bug reports can see whats going on.

The OP is right in some capacity, as I have also had Bug reports and requests for GM help go un answered. I recently was not able to commission my android Boff, and when I sent in a bug report and GM request I received a response saying, that they don't help with in game items, doffs, orb offs, because hey don't want to give anyone an unfair advantage...
I paid 200$ for a subscription, for a Boff I cannot use and the only person who can help me or give me a replacement will not help, I have contacted many members of my fleet and the STO community and they do not know what the problem might be....
To be fair this was the exact response...

Exactly my point. I go through the effort of making a video for them to even look at to try and figure out the problem and nothing, I get ignored. Oh Im sorry, I thought that being a dedicated player to this game meant something. I guess those days are well long past because i received the same ridiculous generic responses you have and honestly there is absolutely no excuse for it except that they "dont care". Because the actions of most have proven that.

It was from when the forums changed in 2012, because of PWE's acquisition of Cryptic. Everyone had to change their usernames on the forums.
Just a heads up, I am submitting this next Tuesday to my CS contact and see what they can do for you.
It may take me a few days to get an answer but I will update you as I can.

Old threads got archived with no one having the ability to edit old posts (including useful guides that could use updates), and many user names were suddenly unavailable, supposedly because someone else already had them. (Strangely, I've never found any other "MustrumRidcully" on any PWE forum, and it's the name that I usually use on forums.)
I used to be MustrumRidcully, bitmepwe used to be Roach, Havelock used to be PatricianVetinari or somethnig like that and the list goes on without end (well, probably the end is the number of players). So we were all forced to figure out a new user name.
The whole thing was very annoying, because suddenly you were guessing who was who. Name changes on forums like this seem to be like facial reconstructions in real world.

Unfortunately the PWE database includes both forum names and user names. So if you can't find your old name being used as a forum name it's likely being used as a user name.
Just after the launch of season 2 my engineer developed a bug that wouldn't let me change into his other uniforms or let me edit any of them in the tailor. It kept telling me my costume slots were invalid. After submitting a bug report a week for 3 months and a couple of forum posts, I heard nothing from any dev. I ended up having to pay real money to fix it myself, by buying more costume slots.
It's frustrating to not be listened to. I hope your bugs get fixed asap and that you don't have to buy extra bank or ship slots to sort it out.

After many name attempts and following Fails, I typed my current name in frustration (assuming it would not be valid) and viola- it took.
I would prefer to be called Roach again but gave up asking after never hearing anything back from the proper channels of service.

Have you been able to get you android boff? If not, make sure you have space in your roster. Not your commissioned roster, but the list of bridge officers in standby. If that is full you won't be able to claim your android. You'll have to dismiss or sell one or use one to train another boff.
I understand the op frustation as well. For the last year I been missing the Qov helemt. I submit bug tickets, GM tickets. Nothing. Sure with season 9 they finaly tried to fix but still missing. After I did another project to unlock spending another 9k dilthium.
I do not even brother logging into the game any more. Why should i. I am tried of having something I unlock a year ago still be missing and all I get are script answer.

Awww... Thanks for thinking of me Archchancellor And yes, I used to be PatricianVetinari, but now lordhavelock. Which, strangely, I like better. I only wish I could capitalize the L and H and change my in-game @name (@PatricianVetinari) to match.
