Patcher Stuck... Again...

Once again after a fresh install your patcher is stuck, 178Kb patched. the file it's stuck on is "sound/win32/M_P_Player_Space_SpaceAntiProtonBeam.fsb"

Patch by proxy, turning off on demand patching, clearing the patch folder all are not working...

Can anyone help with this?

    Still cannot patch, getting stuck on this same file all the time.
