Thanks for the Rip Off PWE

284 Promotion Romulan doff packs...
no attack ship. then 284 Romulan survivor packs. No Cellship. No good consoles, (theres only one good console in them anymore) No borg doffs (even though they're junk now also)
And of course no fleet ship modules. they ninja removed them from the doff pack.

600 dollars with of nothing of value. Thanks so much pwe.

Dont Waste your money on thier cstore. Other games give you much more value for your dollar.

    Better to say, "Don't waste your money on their Master Keys". Pretty happy with the direct purchases of ships, outfits, and other incidentals like character slots.

    I'm going to start my own casino and invite the OP to come. I mean seriously, what part of "GAMBLING" do you not get. If you dropped that much money on doff packs, I would suggest talking to an addiction counsulor because that is some seriously gambling right there.

    All this has happened before, all this will happen again.....

    We had the 'don't pay attention on how much they spend' people on the first time the Bugship was out. Some did suddenly realize that they had blown their whole paycheck on Keys.

    It's gambling at it's finest. If you don't set a limit on how much you want to spend, who's to blame. I set myself a limit of $20 to waste on the Romulan Survivor Packs, and I was lucky enough to score a JHAS and a Cell Ship out of one pack plus another Cell Ship. However, it could have gone the other way with me ending up getting nothing.

    Lockboxes and those promo packs are pure gambling, just don't use them and for god's sake don't spend 600 bucks on them, are crazy? O.o

    If you're opening them for the ship you are doing it wrong. That is meant as a nice bonus if you get it on top of what the DOFF packs are for, the DOFFs.

    Borg DOFFs in DOFF packs? Interesting, I got mine from Rep and DOFFing.

    Now given that each pack would have either 10 lobi or a rare possibility of the ship that means you now 2840 lobi on top of the DOFFs so you still got a bonus.

    Now if the OP is serious instead of trolling there is a saying, "A fool and their money are soon parted", well talk about proving that one true.

    LOL. Its your fault, seriously some of you are just 10 years old kids. Dont even try to blame cryptic for that. If you have that quantity of money to throw it away, cryptic will be really satisfied with your scam xD. Thats what they want, and lockboxes and survivor packs are just a lottery, and with a really low chance to boom!.

    You are one of the examples that allows cryptic to keep doing what they are doing.

    And i didnt even mention that yo can just buy the ship.. LOOOOL. Seriously, some of you need a real life to realize how the world is made.

    Lol those things are to me worse than lockboxes, but that is just MO.

    I prefer wasting other people's money by buying a key from the exchange, than open a lockbox once a day and stockpile the lobi. :P

    misfortune?? dude that is not misfortune. That is just a really bad decision for your part. Luck or fortune does nothing to do with your actions in this case. As we said, you could just buy the stupid ship from the store and thats it. You will be saving thousands of $ lol.

    I wasn't going to say more, but... for $375, the OP could have bought 330+ Keys, sold them (undercutting, last I checked) at 1.8 mil EC each on the exchange, for a profit of 595 million EC. What's the bug ship going for? Can it be found on the exchange? 500 mil is the cap...

    So, if the JHAS is on the exchange, you can have it AND the CSS for $375. And have some EC left over too...

    When you mentioned other games, I guess you never stuck with one game long enough in any of them. The MAGICAL SECRET of star trek online is never buy anything. If you learn the game you can get everything for free. ITS ADVERTIZED AS PLAY FOR FREE. 90 per cent of sto players don't have the patience to do this. And Perfect World makes millions and millions by selling short cuts to impatient players. Old players only complain about the money they wasted there first three months after joining. I am one of those who wished I could do it over and SAVE ALL THAT WASTED MONEY BUYING YEN.

    I bought about 20 but needed the lobi anyway. Sold the doff packs on the exchange for very good EC. Bought the JHAS off the exchange a little later.

    Aye, if I find myself with a bit of extra ec once in awhile, I'll pick up a key from the exchange and see what happens. Usually just 4-5 lobi and something that really doesn't interest me. I figure eventually the lobi will add up enough to be useful. :cool:

    You spend $600 on what is literally a lottery, and you get pissed off because you didnt win the prize you wanted?
    Did PWE guarantee that you would get those prizes if you bought those DOFFs and lockboxes?

    Unless you have a written staement from PWE saying that you are guaranteed to get the prizes you want from the lockboxes and DOFF packs, then you have absolutely nothing to whine about.

    And considering how much money you have spent on it, I would recomment you follow the suggestion someone else made, talk to an addiction counselor, because it frankly sounds to me like you have a serious addiction poroblem.

    If I want some of that stuff I will trade Dilithium for ZEN, but I will not waste my hard earned money on this stuff, I got better things to use my money on.
