Crashing on Windows 8.1

Not sure why...been working on getting this rig up an running for 3 days and now I can't play meh favorite game :(

Heres what I got now:

I'm not sure what the problems is because I don't speak code. I mean I kinda do but have no clue what to do.

As far as sending a error report what else should I do. I am uttlery brain dead atm....so after the fifth time just said to hell with it.

    idk why but its seems not to be working with steam but its working with the arc... :D

    It looks like you might want to try:
    1. Launch the Launcher (heh) through Steam
    2. Click "Options" at the top of the Launcher
    3. Check "Force Verify Game Files" (or somesuch, I can't remember exactly what it says)
    4. Click "Save"
    5. Shut down and restart the launcher


    The launcher should then scan all of the game files, and repair/replace any corrupt files.
    You're right. The work here is very important.
