unable to log in an lanuch

hey i just encountered a message while i was trying to play STO it says"too many Attempts; please try again later."can anyone help me sort this out cuz i uninstalled and reinstalled it the only options left are to wait it out until it decides to let me log in?!

    Hello i have strange problem. I did not play for a long time and today i decided to return to game and. I went to game site and saw some changes in downloading, i'm about Arc. When i tried to log in, the system said that this email is not registered. When i tried to enter my email as registering email, the system said that this email already registered)))) well i'm confused and don't know how to get my old account back. Support answer me nothing since tomorrow evening.

    That's a server side issue so yes, uninstalling and reinstalling won't help you will need to wait till it decides to let you log in. Mostly 15-30 minutesish.


    As for you fred52rus - 24hours isn't anything for waiting on the support :P Anything having to do with account issues has to go through the billing department as no one on here has access to your account stuff.
