I am sry to say that but in the tourney there should be added a rule on how long a vessel can remain cloaked during a match since what TRH has done was 100% bull**** and nonsense. Our match against them wasnt a match it dealt with running, chasing and searching. In the first 10 min i even didnt fire my weapons ONCE and this is definetely not the sense of PVP.
I have never had problems loosing a match after a hard fight but in our match against them there wasnt a fight going on which was really disappointing due 2 players being perma-cloaked during the whole match time.
We were running act and their alpha striker just decloaked 2 times after 21 min and only with romulan cloak so that he is able to remain undetected and invisible and afterwards they positioned on the other side of the map. the complete match was composed of this "permacloaking and being 200km out of range" tactics. And as a result the trh team should haver been disqualified for this event.
All of our team members were highly disappointed and bored after this match and i am pretty sure other teams were aswell since fun normally has the highest priority in such kind of tournaments regardless the success.
But what the TRH team has done was definetely not fun at all.

I don't get it. You knew TRH was going to bring a vaping team, so therefore you brought a detection team. The perfect counter to that is stay way the **** out and use romulan cloak. What did you want them to do? What play predictably and stay 10km away so you can detect them all the time without contest? I guess I should just take off my shields sense they hinder your strategy to much.

P.S. You also have 5 ships V.S. three you should of capitalized on it, but what that pointed out is that pressure damage is dead. You played a meta that is dead and that is your fault. Also you could of changed tactics from the stealth detection but hey I guess that no load-out swapping bit you in the TRIBBLE there.

I would like to first point out the first 10min of not firing your weapons was your doing.
You snooped us out at first so we ran and yall literally chased around the map for ghosts while ignoring our team. Then you made your way to the bottom without telling our team yall regrouped at the bottom. And cloaking rule? Really? Want me to stay decloaked 100k away. I can do that if you want. As someone once said "In war do your best to stay invisible" .
Its not so much fun when it happens to you, is it?
3 healers/scis + 2 vapers. We discussed this the other day, why didnt you use the counters you were telling Vice Squad about?
Perhaps you should have asked Taylor or Saphy how to hunt down a cloaker (which they are very good at, as you found out the other day in a match I WAS in, remember it, you had all vapers? I might have died a couple times being in a regular fed escort, but it was delicious rocking the vapegank squad, just saying)
Sadly most 3sci/2vaper matches I have gotten into recently have been bad profession mixes without one of the above two science snoopers.
Its all par for the course, perhaps you should have had a plan to deal with the teams TRH has been fielding for months, I mean a "new" fleet couldnt possibly have figured them out first, right?
I do want to know though, why is it always something with you whenever you dont win?
I regret not entering the tournament now, ESO beta testing was great but after hearing you tell us how to handle something you couldnt even handle yourself, and then hearing how you reacted to it... it just makes me giggle if I am honest.

I know when I am in my vaper and some team is spamming snooper consoles that can see me 15k out and have me on a key bind I am not dumb enough to get with in range tell I have a window...! ie they get busy and don't use it or romulan t5.
It is ridiculous someone would cry about 2 out of 5 ships not decloking every alpha while 2-3 ships spam snooper while mashing target key binds I mean really go kill the other 3 ships its a 3v5 at that point. Guess peoples version of a good fight now days is no more tactics used... just come in and let us snoop your cloakers and get the easy vape ship kill...
Vaper team is killling team with escort dogfighter , unfortunatly im playing vaper now and its not fun as dogfighter playstyile! So we have to adapt since cryptic if buffing vaping build every time they add new content

You played a out dated meta...if y'all had faced a team and say they had say 3 persistent escorts and 2 healers with the set up y'all had you still would of lost. Probably worse imho. First off, this ridicule thing is a bit off base. When you were part of Nova Core there were two former Omega Primary members in the fleet that had bad reps with our guys and pulled some stuff we called them out on. it was never about you or Link and I know for a fact I made that clear.
Ive never turned down a challenge if we had the people on to match it. Unfortunately my "mates" as you call them are all euros and I am an american, it is not always easy to have all five of us on at the same time.
However now as a member of Vice there are a lot more people around to play with, i am not, nor have I ever been afraid of you guys. Man up? As I recall we accepted every challenge given to us that we could field, win or lose. You seem to think we are still those ignorant noobies we were in omega primary.
Oh and uh, I didnt fail on the Scim that day, as I recall I notched six kills before I got so bored of waiting for your cooldowns I decided to go do something else. 45 minutes waiting on CDs is just tedious. I wasnt even the first to leave, someone else did. At that point it was 5v4 and we still stayed in for over 20 minutes before I had had enough of the borefest.
But thats okay, its just one game mate, ive always stayed for even the worst games til the bitter end trying to get that one kill other times, even the day you pulled the stunt on us and brought full HoBO instead of the NC team we were expecting.
But its alright. At the end of the day i get my fights in, and a lot of them lately have been very competitive and satisfying, perhaps soon Darkstar will meet Vice head on. Time will tell.

I only looked at this thread out of interest, i'm not a hardcore pvper or anything. However when i saw someone crying earlier it made me laugh and so i thought i would drop in a paragraph i made in a unrelated thread elsewhere. I feel its quite apt.

Before you accuse me i would really appreciate it if u are able to prove ur statement with screenshot etc.? since i am definetely not the only guy with this name in a bugship in this game ? and no in 1v1 i dont have a need to complain why should i ? last time i regularly did 1v1 matches was in season 7 and at that time i hadnt owned a bugship yet so in this case i can exclude myself.
Just because i was complaining about the way how a fleet pvped in a tournament it doesnt mean I do it all the time that really shows how braindead plenty of guys here in forums are.

Regardless he was hands down one of the most childish and ego centric people i ever met on an MMO. He basically told me i was cheating because i was using a cloak and nearly killing him. Accusing me of using all kinds of **** that i didn't even have such as cloaked barrage. Anything but him losing fair. I mean i never even killed him and i didn't die either, but the fact i was hurting him more than he was me, was making him irrationally angry. Then he made an excuse about playing with noobs and left. I put him on ignore. "
This really did happen, and am unsurprised at the nature of his post in this thread. When people who dont pvp regularly encounter people like that, is it a wonder pvp isn't so popular?
I'm impressed at the organisation of these events though, and the fact you can get cooperation with Cryptic for the prizes. Well done to whoever takes the time to run them.
Before you accuse me i would really appreciate it if u are able to prove ur statement with screenshot etc.? since i am definetely not the only guy with this name in a bugship in this game ? and no in 1v1 i dont have a need to complain why should i ? last time i regularly did 1v1 matches was in season 7 and at that time i hadnt owned a bugship yet so in this case i can exclude myself.
Just because i was complaining about the way how a fleet pvped in a tournament it doesnt mean I do it all the time that really shows how braindead plenty of guys here in forums are.
so u call me egocentric and childish? i can tell u one thing i have contributed alot to a fleet to get them into pvp and i helped out alot of guys to improve their skills especially players who are interested in learning all around pvp.
So before you judge a guy and call his name in publicity you should prove it.
