Try my fleet dhelan build on it, you can duplicate the same layout with the DSD. Main thing is you should be specced like an escort captain with some points in grav and particle generators.
Gear should be 4 DHC and turrets, isometric charge, and some particle and/or grav gen consoles, other then that its pretty open, I use Rom plas so use 3 embassy particle gen consoles myself.
This will focus on a particle generator attack, the GW and TBR will bunch up the targets and damage them a lot, the CSV and ISO will finish the job. Use Quantum singularity manipulation when its up before the attack for an even more powerful sci skills. Also remember not to hit a2b before firing off sci skills or it will be weaker, or pop an aux battery if you already have used a2b.

Did a test run of a drain build with BetaIII on it, simply brutal, I'm expecting funny things from the omega torp and HYIII as well. This might be the new non pet based max drain ship, as long as you go for burst drain. Sci and Voth will probably be better for sustained drain.
But if you drop a com tactical ability on a fully drained target I'd expect job to be done.
It's not sarcasm. There are folks that are absolutely rocking with the ship. You can solo a Tac Cube in a Hegh'ta, you sure as Hell can solo one with any of the DSDs.
Though you may want to test a build before you hit up ISE...keep things like going from a Fleet T'varo that's cloaked 99.99% of the time to an Aves that isn't. Heh...was kind of fun and kind of funny.
I was going to drop the parse out to dropbox, I don't have an ego or care...but I didn't come in last like I expected.
I actually died twice...once from a breach (21k) and once from the Tac Cube (19k). Was the only one to die. Took 578k damage while everybody else took 170-177k. Definitely doesn't turn as well as the T'varo, but that's my fault for flying it like it could...lol. The breach was funny - I even said in zone it was embarrassing. I thanked the pug for not laughing at me.
The build was a trip...never went Tac, just stayed Standard/Sci. Forgot to bother with the Rombush...I noobed it up hardcore. I really did expect to be at the bottom of the list...meh. It's weird, it's the first time I've actually seen my Grav Torps outdamage my Grac Rifts from the torps...meh.

I mean, c'mon - with my goofy flying - that failtastic build...surely folks can see where if somebody actually built for anything near the ship and flew like they were in the ship...no? Just saying...
Willard's T'varo build trades the EPtS1 for ET1, has a DPB3, doesn't have ST3/GW3 - has GW1 instead, adds a 4th Warhead, drops the Borg/0Point for the Sing Stabilizer/Plas Destabilizer...and obviously doesn't have the Sol Secondary Deflector. It was pretty much a let's fly this wrong and see what happens...I got a chuckle.
I've given my review of it here and my review of the protonic polarons and exp beam here the first review is using the Fed three pack, the second before it was released.
As with all science ships recently I've been recommending beam arrays rather than DHCs, especially with the slow speed of this one. If you want to get the absolute maximum dps out of the ship then you can FAW-boat it with tactical mode but I personally would consider it a waste of a decent ship to do so.
So far I haven't put my elite fleet equipment on it and I have no plans to do so as this is a theme build rather than a performance build, but it can certainly work.
I bought the 9 pack, and have outfitted two of my captains with it so far. Loads of fun in PvE.
