Kept lagging and Getting Nock off

Hay I am right now Pissed off here i am kept getting either kick out or I get constantly laging like you wont belive my connection is right now at top speed but I kept gettign kick out WHY HUH I AM PISSED HERE I pay money each month for this TRIBBLE WHAT THE %@#

    These should not be happening. If a reboot of your router and gateway/modem does not correct the problem, the you should contact your ISP Tech Support and have them send someone out to take a look at the unit...

    Actually a complete non-response from a hop means nothing. Just means ICMP responses are disabled... that said however...

    Those 2 are the problems, they are responding but not well. I have problems with cogentco hops too, its intermittent but really annoying. I contacted my ISP but they can't do anything as it's not their network but they were forwarding a ticket.

    Yes I actually found out something here my brother is using a connection internet with a cord while I am on WiFi and there is solar wind storms going on major once and its actually having problems with the WiFi as well right now I have good connection but gotta be carfule
