There was no talent involved. I just dropped some mobs on a pre-made Cryptic Foundry map and took a screenshot to illustrate why I think the original pic was probably made using the Foundry.

I can confirm that it happened in Sol, not a Foundry map. (I was there)
I'm not 100% sure that it was the cause.. but I transwarped to Sol from the Sphere and as my ship (Scimitar, USS Delphi.. in one of the pics) was warping out several Voth vessels decloaked and attacked me. When I arrived at Sol, a couple frigates decloaked and fired at me.
However sadly faked this image is.... wouldn't be awesome if such random events just happened. What if you are hanging around ESD, and then a swarm of Klingon NPCs beamed in and started mucking the place up.
Or if Drozana got attacked by Dividians.
Or Qo'nos itself was attacked by the Fek'lir.
Not often.. but one random, unannounced event at odd hours every week or so. One random incursion that takes hundreds of players to take down....

Klingons do attack ESD. Its an exploit. I have seen Q get knocked off of his throne.

Guys, ESD hasn't been attacked by the Voth and I'm pretty sure it won't be... But mark my words, something is going to wreck the place. There is video of a half-destroyed ESD venting atmosphere and burning with some rather biological looking devices in operations, Undine, if I were to field a guess.
Not sharing the video, clearly unfinished content accessed through unstandard means. You can probably hunt it down yourself with enough effort.

It reminded me of an event that was a riot to play. Way back in the day when WoW wanted to stoke everyone's interest for their first expansion, I was tinkering around in Stormwind near the gate about 1 a.m. Unannounced, the devs sent in one of the bosses from the future expansion to attack the gates of the city. Everyone turned out to attack it. About 2 1/2 hours later, the ground was thick with the bones of fallen defenders, and we'd never dropped the guy below 50% health. (armor repair was incredibly expensive that night) I heard they later repeated it at the other major cities for a couple of days. Everyone had a great time.
I'd love to see such attacks around ESD or Quo'nos. I'm sure the Breen want another whack at San Francisco. But the attacks should be rare, as in days or even weeks apart and at random schedules, so everyone eventually gets a chance.
