Won't patch past 31.7%

Hi all,

Can anyone help, MY client wont patch past 31.7%, I have tried resetting client several times, reset PC, all this stuff.

I sent in a ticket and as usual support take forever to reply.

Any help would be great,

    Suspect it's the same issue I'm having (http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=954661).

    When it's open and "Patching", press Ctrl-X to bring up the Transfers window and see what files it's getting stuck on. I'm guessing that the amount patched freezes, but the amount of data received keeps climbing?

    And good luck with the ticket. I've had mine open for about a month now, with no joy. It's been about 3 months since I was last able to log in.

    My patience with STO and PerfectWorld support is....getting a little bit worn.
