"key redeption" page not working *Resolved*

I am trying to insert a key to unlock a costume, I have tried a lot of and at different time, but after submitting the code (pushing the submit button), the page do not load (server not found). I do not think it depend on me: yesterday it worked and now it do not work even if I use several browser.
