Formal Complaints

I come here to play the game and talk to people on chat. I am silenced every single time I begin to talk on chat because people can't handle the same rude verbal behavior when it is reflected on them. I mean I have heard some of the most disgusting verbal behavior in this game and a good portion of it is direct towrds me in an indirect manner. I do NOT deserve to be silenced and I ESPECIALLY do NOT deserve my account to be temporarily suspended because a lot of the same people who group up against me in chat have band together and made complaints about me. I really despise Hippocrits and their hippocritic ways. PLEASE, unsuspend my account?

I'm against the foul behavior in this game, but you are no different if you do it too. That includes even if it's meant to be an insult back at those who did it originally.

I STILL don't think my account should be suspended. It prevents my character progress in the game. I should at least have that. Can anyone reading this tell me how long do account suspensions usually last?

Place those who you find distasteful on ignore... don't bother listening to them... and never sink to their level.

If they are impeding your enjoyment of the game, place them on ignore and move on.

You're account being suspended from the game? That sounds beyond the chat reports (those will ban you from chat, but not the game). So it maybe that you are inadvertently typing something that causes the automatic account ban (mentioning gold selling websites for example).

None the less, my previous advice is best... place the players on ignore, and move on with your game...

Wait, let me get this straight...you're complaining that when you deliberately started breaking certain rules, those evil moderator/GM types had the audacity to enforce them?

Maybe- and this is just a thought- maybe you should try reporting those who offend or putting them on ignore rather than "showing them who's boss." (Considering how well "showing them who's boss" seems to have worked for you so far and all...)

You should have thought about that before you did the same thing they did.

I'm not trying to show anybody "who is boss". I simply reflect the behavior. And yes, I am being harassed whether you want to believe me or not is up to you.

Reflecting the behavior makes you go to their level. You should expect discipline when you do that.

I did think about it. I just don't think it's right that I am suspended. It' doesn't make sense. I am silenced and can no longer cause anymore damage.

Listen carefully. I can't log into the game because my account is suspended. Everytime I try to log I get this message that say's my account is temporarily suspended then the screen goes back to the log in screen. Git it?

Have you checked your email used to sign up to the game.

It may contain more information and a way to query how long your temporary ban is for?

You don't seem to understand that if you participated in foul behavior and got reported, you could be banned.

Well if everyone else's can put up with everyone else's rude verbal behavior then they should be able to put up with one more. All I'm doing is typing, that's it. There is a saying "don't dish it if you can't take it".

Listen carefully. You obviously violated some rule. Your posts strongly suggest (if not outright scream) that you did so knowingly and deliberately. Violating rules gets you suspended. Git it?

I do understand. If you're dev and you play this game you should realize that half the people talking in chat are not suspended for doing what they do. That is a large percent of the game.

And yes, that is true and unfortunate. All you can do is report and hope they are disciplined for their atrocious behavior. Of course, if you act the way you did, it makes you look like the wrong person.

Tips for not getting reported (common offences):

#1 Don't feed trolls: Internet anonymity leads people back to the same mindset as a child on the playground. If someone calls you a name, do the mature thing and ignore them, you'll be better off for it.

#2 Don't swear/be verbally abusive: Just don't. You and I may not care about "foul" language or being mean, but some people do care. If you don't want to be reported, don't be offensive in zone/team chat.

#3 Never spam any chat whatsoever: If you have something to sell, use the exchange. If you have something you want to say over and over again, do it some other way (open up word or something).

#4 Don't be annoying: Zone chat is like real life, almost everyone could care less about anything you have to say. Acting out may attract attention, but as you found out, it was negative attention.

#5 Relax: Don't get too worked up over anything which is said in a chat box in a game where everyone is endlessly grinding all manner of imaginary rep/currency.

I wish you luck when your account is unsuspended.

Lol... adult's are very big children. This is something I have had to learn the hard way and I don't think this is something any rules can change. Auto suspension? I didn't know that;)

I honestly don't buy your post, OP. A game suspension only occurs after you have received numerous warnings regarding prior TOS warnings. If you were suspended, then you have been repeating this behavior numerous times, after numerous warnings explicitly telling you NOT to continue that pattern of behavior, and look where you are now: suspended and crying on the forums for a Dev to grant you, and only you, a reprieve from the punishment you had coming for your behavior.

Your suspension will probably be either three hours or twenty-four hours, and if it is twenty-four hours, than it is likely you committed a very serious offense against the TOS.

It's time to reflect and repent, my child, we are all friends here.

I miss you here on the forums you are always entertaining!! Not being sarcastic either.

'terms of service expert' - was that expertise derived from experience?

    Lol you are good fun

Take care - and I say that sincerely- hope you stop by more often

Again several people get on this game and play and talk and several people say a lot of thing's that are very rude and disgusting often during gameplay on numerous occasions for however long they have been playing this game. Don't focus on me or set your hate microscope on me because I take what little action to get my account unsuspended as a means to further this issue in the wrong diection. I JUST WANT TO NOT BE SUSPENDED for what I believe a trivial thing to suspend someone for;)

When I read this, I hear, "I see other people people doing it, so why should I face consequences? Everyone knows that candy bars are stolen. It's not fair to punish me for it. I DO NOT DESERVE CONSEQUENCES FOR STEALING THE MERCHANDISE."

Sorry pal. There are proper channels to protest mod actions. I'm not sure if anyone reads the emails, etc., but a forum post won't help you.

so rather then use the tools sto has to ignore people you join in on f****ing around on open chat? its not to hard to put someone on your ignore list, or even better just minimize the chat window. It seems you being suspended is just.

PS. mods need to close this thread down, if you have a problem with cryptic go to them, don't QQ on the forum
