Unable to Patch- Error 36

Good Morning,
Woke up this morning to play more of season 8 only to find out that I cant get the patch from last nights maintenance. I keep coming up with this:
Error 36: A file was locked that could not be open for writing.
Not sure how to go about this or what your suggestion is on the matter.
Things that did not work:
Run as Admin
Closing window and re-opening lancher.
There is not ticket for this error.

Solution:
End all Crypic programs in task manager
Go to the file directory
Manually delete GameClient.exe.deleteme
Just so that if anyone else is having this problem this is the solution
