    Now, the same problem on the Holodeck... They must do something now with it...

    Would be nice if I could even open the launcher, hasn't been connecting since the patch maintenance started.

    edit: though admittedly when it does this it usually clears itself up in a few hours anyway.

    yes def would be nice if I could get past the Cryptic loading Screen just keep crashing there every time happened on Live on 10-03-13 then Redshirt and finally Tribble seems to be going around

    Sigh.

    The sponsorship tokens are bind to account, yes? So what exactly is the issue with allowing us to mail them to our other characters?

    I'm not forking out dil or cash to buy 1000 zen to unlock an account bank slot when there's a perfectly good way of sending stuff to myself.

    More to the point, I shouldn't HAVE to.

    If they could be mailed, then they could be mailed to other characters regardless if any had actually finished the rep tiers, and they wanted it account specific. And why bother revamping the mail system to allow sending account bound things to yourself when they already sell an account bank for people to buy.

    I'm having the same issue. Loaded all the patch, log in, starts to load the initial loading screen then crashes. I've verified files and tried again. Same problem. Log in, it authenticates, loads, starts to bring up the initial screen then crashes out. :rolleyes:... can't play if I can't get in...

    Well I got past the loading screen but for some reason my frame rate is uber low. Its un playable

    At least I'm not alone. Had been fearing this would happen as it happened to me on Tribble as I tried to take a look at the new stuff in the last few days.

    Just wondering... What kind of hardware do you use (those who can't get in)?

    Here we go...

    Client crashed on loading screen after patching finished.

    Restarted launcher and it's now patching an additional 225 MB.

    What's going on?

    Make sure your video-drivers are latest-greatest. Worked for me.

    LOL... The latest video drivers for my ATI Radeon X1950 are quite old, nowadays... :rolleyes:

    I am in the camp that I can not get in. I have downloaded the patch. I can log in and hit the engage button. Then the launcher just dies. I have upgraded to the latest graphics drivers. The launcher dies. I hope cryptic fixes this fast because I can not play the game at all currently.

    Probably around the same time we get the ability to delete "You sold something on the exchange" mails again. :cool:

    Login 2 failed 4x disconnected from server before game even loads 5x i give up facebook here i come:mad:

    haven't had time yet to try patching/logging, but I would respectfully advise PWE to quickly fix the seemingly widespread issue. After all, one can hardly open those boxes that generate so much of STO's revenue if one is unable to login to STO itself..

    Same as alot of other people.

    Patch is completed. Game files verified. Rebooted, etc.

    Game just starts to load Character Selection screen and game crashes. Asks for bug report which I submit.

    Hopefully there will be a fix soon.
