Login Server barely connecting from EU/Germany

I have major problems to log into STO in the European morning hours, usually this is no problem as I can't play before late afternoon anyways. But now it's weekend and it is even worse, I didn't even manage to log in one char so far.

This is probably a routing issue, unfortunately/fortunately only STO is affected for me.

    Same here.
    Cant connect to the Account Server.
    Then i tryed to use the US-Proxy, with the proxy i can log in with the Launcher, but then during the Char selection the time out comes again.

    I?ve got the same problem. (here in west Germany) I was kicked out of a EStf and since that no LogIn possible.

    At least not alone with this. Same here, all of the sudden it was going to lag with no server connection for more then 30 seconds and now no login possible.

    USE US Proxy and try again
    Fleet Leader: Hellenic Space Force
    Characters FED: TAC Ponos - TAC Tromos - ENG Athena - ROM TAC Phovos - SCI Martyrium - REM Apatros
    Fleet: La Familia: SCI Stave
    KDF Fleet: Syndicate of Shadows: ENG Sha'Kal

    Try to set in the Launcher the US Proxy. I m in!

    Same here.

    After waiting around 15 minutes i managed to reach the chararcter selection screen, but none of the toons are loading at all.

    Hopefully this is fixed soon. Its the weekend and im starting to get annoyed on my day off, dont like that.

    i could play without a problem 2 hours long (that was 1 hour ago)
    than i got server not responding 60 sec 120 sec, was on DS9, did teleport up, same thing, server not responding for few sec (30-60), i closed game, now no chance at all to get back

    errors:
    - no server connection
    - cant connect to account server
    - if launcher do start, Engage button doesnt work -> Unable to connect to account server (3)

    germany (german Telekom)

    Edit: doesnt mattter which proxy i use, or none, same result

    same here, its very hard to log in yesterday evening it didnt work at all

    this morning its so laggy i cant really play

    seems like it got fixed
    i could login, choose a char, and no server probs so far, last 10 min

    Same here. I have opened another thread about this problem in general discussions since from my experience the devs usually ignore the bugsection of the forums.

    You are right, it seems to be working again.

    JUST now it started working for me.

    Nevertheless, these login issues happen too often by now. :(

    Had this issue last week after the account server maintenance. Submitted a ticket and got a response.

    I was told to flush my DNS

    This link came with that : https://support.perfectworld.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4185/kw/flush%20dns

    Also said to try changing my IP address with this method. It only changes your web IP address

    http://whatismyipaddress.com/change-ip

    I didn't try either of these because like everyone else it cleared up by itself, but it may help if in the future it should happen again.

    US here (michigan)

    tried to log on, got as far as the initial map loading screen then it gave me SERVER NOT RESPONDING

    disconnected from server
