Last 3 hours I cant connect whats going on ?

For the last 4 hours I can't connect (I was brutally cut from STF in the middle of the game) on STO my ISP is ok ther is no problem on my side. Whats going on with STO?
In the beginning there was all and then become nothing

I AM PISSED OFF AFTER 3 YRS. I STILL CAN'T USE OR CHANGE OR DELETE OUTFIT IN 3 OF 5 OUTFIT SLOTS ON MY KLINGON TOON !

    I have had similar issues like this once.

    It helped for me to reinstall the game.

    Might take some time, but it worked.

    If it didn't work: contact support, place as many details as you can (like moment of disconnection, your remaining work memory at that time, etc) and hopefully you will be back in-game in no time.

    Is it the problem only for European players like I am or others have to ?
    BTW i trek Cryptic servers on 208.95.184.0/23 are blinking on off on off .

    PS: Support on PW and STO LOL, after 3 yrs i don't have time for those morons

    I'm a European player as well, I'm f2p, and this issue was a simple reinstalling for me.

    You sure it's not your own internet? Or some issue that prevents you from reaching the PWE server?

    Not sure where that came from or what to make of it tbh. If it was a reference to my suggestion of contacting Support: that suggestion was made to help you, not PWE.

    Sorry man I didn't wont to offend you but after 3 yrs on STO I never get any help from Cryptic and later PW support even before F2P .

    Do a Forced Verify from your Launcher. That should seek-out any bugged files. Do a TraceRt to the server to see if there's Pathing issues between and the server. Do a Nettest to see if you're having issues inside of the server interface. Just because your internet works doesn't mean it didn't start Pathing in a different way - Pathing is controlled by the ISP. That will give you some ideas of where the problem might be.

    As everyone uses the same Server the whole forum would be screaming if something were actually down, so the odds are the problem is somewhere between you and the Server.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    Same problem here, trying to connect from germany. But I guess it is on my side as there are multiple reports about my provider (Kabel Deutschland). Seems they have trouble to connect to oversee domains at the moment (I can stay in Teamspeak while getting disconnected by STO).

    As sys admin and lan ing. everything what I can say that Cryptic have some problems cause i have no problems with connections to my servers in US or other parts in the world .
    Just checked all my terminals and remotes are working and other diags. are ok to.

    It is ****ing ARC they force people to start using ARC
    Even this **** don't work at all

    i'm from Canada and having connection problems as well
