Unable to finish downloading the latest Patch

Greetings All,

I've not be able to get past 60% on the latest patch for STO fro about 2 days now.

The patch gets to 60% and just seems to stop.

I've tried to use the patch by proxy option and I get the same results.

Whenever I try restarting the patch it drops from 60 and goes back down to 47% and locks up at 60% again.

Is there away to download the patch a install it manually?

    same problem basically but even submitting a ticket got no reprocess
