Problems with in game mail system

just wondering if anyone having same issues as i am

1. mail icon glows green when is no new mail in there and wont stop
2, mail button does not glow when new mail in there so i dont know theres mail there
3. still issues deleting mail can delete some not all for some reason

    !. If an alt gets mail this happens.

    No clue on the rest....

    What you are describing has been around for a while now.

    It's been reported, but doesn't get fixed, and it's not necessarily because an alt received a mail... It generally just seems random.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...

    1) Yes, this happened to me too, but in my case, besides from it glowing green, I also don't receive any new mails. I know certain people sent me a mail, but I'm not able to see those mails. All mails in my mailbox are opened, some mails never show up, and the little icon keeps glowing.

    3) I've had the same thing. When I closed and opened the mail box again, I was able to delete some of those mails however.

    3: are you trying to delete the phantom mails associated with exchange returns? Once you delete the real exchange return message then phantom will eventually disappear on it's own.

    Yeah, I've been getting it since I got an item returned.

    Slightly irritating but no biggy.
