IE opens when launcher is loading

When I open the game launcher, it says its normal 'Loading, please wait' message, then goes white. IE pops up saying 'This program cannot display the webpage from this address.
res://ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff_webOC.htm

This is the first time this has happened, and I was playing the game not two hours ago. Any help?

    I am getting the same thing. For over an hour and a half now. Cuss Cuss cuss, threat threat threat, threat, shakefist shakefist shakefist.

    Anyone know how to fix this?

    EDIT: Fixed it. The DNS flush seemed to fix the problem, though I still had to restart the program a couple of times afterwards.

    hmm a friend of me got the same problem.. did ipconfig /flushdns and restarted but for no help.. still having the same problem :/
