Omega torpedo launcher is bugged

  Move it to a different weapon slot.

  though it seems to be adding 2 extra seconds than it should lol
  
  if you have the omega torp equipped go into your powers menu and look for plasma torpedo

  Ya...so those extra 2 seconds are a bug. and the fact that it consumes all remaining charges. Tool tip says it only uses one on a special
