Omega torpedo launcher is bugged

Torpedo spread and high yeild will cause the omega torpedo launcher to go into a 10 second cool down, does not matter how many "charges" are left

though it seems to be adding 2 extra seconds than it should lol

if you have the omega torp equipped go into your powers menu and look for plasma torpedo

Ya...so those extra 2 seconds are a bug. and the fact that it consumes all remaining charges. Tool tip says it only uses one on a special
