If a Mod. happens to check on the Klingon forums and this thread - I suggest making this thread a sticky, so it always is at the top of the Klingon Gameplay forum and doesn't get lost in the numerous threads in time. Since bootyboots is doing a great job keeping it updated I think making it a sticky would help the developers to have a clear list and direct insight in the issues troubling the KDF players in a very visible place.

I couldn't find any clear canon for Nausicaans having external ears. There is a hint of an ear in this image. If Nausicaans were not supposed to have ears, my guess is that the QA for minor npcs is more lax than it is for major NPCs and players. In any case, there is a discrepancy that should be resolved.

not only does it only let you install it to a ground doff slot, but it doesnt actually help crew recovery rate

Personally I would rather not see this thread stickied. There are a number of threads stickied as it is that are nolonger relevent, the 2 threads in this Klingon Gameplay section for example. Since this is a evolving list relying on other players to contribute and correct, as long as its relevant the thread will be always near the top of this section. And if I am no longer keeping it updated (say a week or more) someone else can copy over the list and make a new thread without issue.
Happy to see the problem of KDF-ROMs unable to replicate 'Emergency' photonic Doffs. That's really, really annoying.
Also, seems like the list is missing a problem with the new 'Friend or Foe' mission (the last of the first tab 'Empire'): If the character has played the subsequent missions part of the tab 'Warzone' before LoR, he can't complete 'Friend or Foe' as the final contact (K'mtar) is dead later on.
Btw, I guess if you manage to complete it (either a new toon or one that hasn't played the subsequent missions) and than play the subsequent missions, you probably won't be able to replay it either.
And another very small, rather cosmetic, issue, the KDF-ROMs have strangely messed up level requirements on story missions. For instance the 'Spectres' tab's first mission asks for a lvl 35 while the next couple ones are (in theory) available for lvl 29-31 characters.

this is a bit of an annoyance, but if you level through the story line it wont affect a leveling player normally. I think feds have the same sort of thing in their missions

Not just on Orions, on my Romulan it's same, I can only hide it with Tal-Shiar belt, but that doesn't sound right. Here it is, you can see that white wall behind her.

There is possible workaround for this problem, some people may not notice it, but drop-down menu from Uniform tab is missing (in upper right corner), and to fix it you have to go to Head tab and choose which type of uniform to wear (it shows Uniform, Honor Guard and Off-Duty if you unlocked HG).
Please someone test it on other species, I discovered it on female Rom-KDF, so it is possible that it is missing on other female species too.

After the last patch fixing pvp dailys...I no longer have Ker'rat showing up at all.
All other dailys/repeatables are showing (sometimes they dissappear).
pvp dailies and repeatables are a mess and I don't PvP often enough to keep up with it. I ask the KDF community to keep me apprised of the latest issues with them. I removed the current notes on them and put a more generalized line in for now
for some "unknown" reasons, the forum moderators have decided not to make this thread pinned/sticky which would, maybe, help devs a lot if all bugs reported in one thread. Well, this is how things work in PWE recently. Moderators are pretty quick to move/delete threads though.

After the patch today you can go ahead and add the 'Shard sword of Kahless' to the list of bugs. It now changes it's look to the 'Trutanium Rendering Bat'leth', that was availible during the 'Day of Honor' event, when worn on the back.
When in combat mode, it turns into it's original look, but when worn on the back it changes the look. This really bugs me as I loved to have those on the backs of my Klingons, the Shard Sword looked really cool.

I can confirm that the lore missions have been made availible for KDF chars at lvl 10. However, the KDF chars below lvl 21 still can't access the PvE content that is availible to the Feds. at lvl2, like Starbase Defense, Starbase Blockade, etc. Also KDF chars below lvl 21 still can't receive the daily missions from the officer of the watch at the fleet starbase, which is suposed to be availible at any level upon joining a fleet.

Confirmed KRom: PVP, Exploration and Empire Defense missions fixed with 25.July patch
After doing the tutorials i have:
- all PVP missions from Torbak (C&H and Arena wrappers), J'Vek (C&H or Arena or War Zone Daily), B'Eta dailies available aswell.
- all exploration missions available at Atonone (D'Kel, T'Ong, Eridon, Azlesa x2 and the daily)
- all empire defense available at Mara (Borg, Cardassians, Federation, Romulans)
Also my honor guard helmet wont show on my head! Instead its only eye balls? Plz fix this bug asap!

But for myself, I have not had any problems with getting the Mk XII KHG Armor costume for my toons. I've had four KDF toons get to T5 Omega since the launch of LoR: Male Liberated Borg Klingon, Female Orion, Male Alien, and Male Nausicaan. All of them purchased the KHG ground three-piece set, then ran the Costume Project. I went to the tailor, and the KHG uniform is available, including the helmet.
ETA: That being said, Cryptic is aware of the problem, Borticus has posted in the thread above.

The uniform Reman chars. receive upon allying with the KDF has clipping issues in the chest area, in fact the whole chest. The Reman looks more like he's with bare chest, but the clipping is so messed up, parts of the uniform show and they look like confetti sticked to bare chest.

Your first set of Boffs that you get through the Romulan missions are designed to be this way. Tovan, Veril, Satra and Hiven all have unique items that only they can use. It's a part of their personality and character creation I guess.

Has a fix or workaround ever come up about Pre-LoR characters being stuck in various areas on First City?
keep messaging the GMs, thats the way others have escaped, I have tried other things to get a workaround going but some possible solutions are very tedious. And really I have little sympathy for players that created characters just to skip 20 levels but didnt even bother to finish the 5 minute intro mission.

I just checked it on my fedside Reman Liberated Borg Boff. For him, the Fed./Reman uniform doesn't clip and looks perfectly fine.
I'm happy to inform that the 'Shard Sword of Kahless' has been returned to its former beauty and glory as of yesterday's patch. Fast reaction on the devs. side, kudos!
Checked it myself in game as I use it on all my Klingon chars., so this is safe to be updated and removed from the list.

the transport animation happens but you never get credit for it, breaking the mission.

My brother's character has been stuck on the "Path of the Warrior" room forever. GM calls and customer service have been no help at all.
