Romulan Engineering Kit Mk XII Bugged

I just bought the Romulan Engineering Kit - Fabrication Specialist Mk XII and when i try to make the mark IV Plasma turret all i end up with is a mark one. I have tried exiting the game. Deactivating all my active duty officers. Removing all my ground gear. Trying several different maps. Disabled spot patching and allowed the full patch download. I am running out of things to try. I have submitted a support ticket but still no word. Is anyone else having this problem?
Who made the pool yellow? :confused:

    Yes another patch day and another major TRIBBLE up. I have also the fleet MK X Romulan Fabrication, and it give me the same than you. But also the regular MK X kit give me only 2 level 3 turrets instead of 3 turrets.

    This happened as they changed the orbital strike to plasma.

    One could wonder if any of these Cryptic programmers ever heard of a function call "DEBUG":confused:

    Mk XI kit is also bugged. Bought one today, tested it out on New Romulus, spawned a Plasma Beam Turret 1.

    Well it is some relief that i am not alone. Was so excited buying that kit and then... :( kinda ruined my night and had to log off lol
    Who made the pool yellow? :confused:
