Launching the Destabilized Plasma Torpedo while equipped with both the [Console - Universal - Singularity Stabilizer] and [Console - Universal - Plasma Destabilizer] causes all boff and captain abilities to have their cooldowns reduced. These are the T'varo set pieces. By all abilities I mean boff abilities like CRF and HYT as well as captain abilities including APA, Evasive Maneuvers, and Tactical Fleet.
I have removed all doffs and other consoles to confirm that it is only the 2 piece console causing this.
Other players have reported this works on SNB as well.
Also, IDK if it's related, but there was a bug on tribble for a minute that would cause a boost to all power levels when a Plasma HYT was fired. Not saying it's the same species, but it reminded me of it so I thought I'd mention it.

You know it kind of balances itself. The torp is so wonky that it sometimes just sits there, even becoming a liability since it can blow up in your face.

Oh good. I got both T'varos from the LoR Starter pack and later bought a fleet version.
I just noticed this yesterday after using the ship for weeks. (I'm a little slow in the head sometimes)
I'd use the destabalized plasma torpedo right after using cannon rapid fire 1, torpedo high yield 3*, and tactical team 1, and all of them suddenly are recharged at the moment I launch the destabalized torpedo. :eek:
*Torpedo boff abilities don't affect it. I was getting torp HY 3 ready so after using the destabalized torpedo I would launch a regular high yield torp after the shared cooldown period.
P.S. Thank you and the rest of the Cryptic team. You guys seem to be trying to at least acknowledge bugs more often on the forums lately.
