We also have an Index of previous challenges

Feel free to link directly to the entry you are commenting on. And please remember: we're not here to tear each other up. Do not troll your fellow Captains, give feedback! Let the others know what you liked and disliked. Maybe they can even go back then and tweak their entries!
Let's get those creative juices flowing!

Neat.
I might try this one, too--maybe have another encounter between Veleen and Mister Erde, set just after Veleen has joined the Federation.
EDIT:
Might write this one with a "back and forth" POV, with the focus character switching between Bryan and Selana.
Commanding officer: Odyssey class U.S.S. Athena
Admiral of the 1st Assault Fleet
Join date: Some time in Closed Beta
And since I first heard it today - Imagine Dragons' Radioactive is a good theme song for this one.
Beat you to it last round.
Great entry, though. I really love your retrospective writing style and the way you write subtle flaws and idiosyncrasies into your characters. And you're right, that track does mesh really well.
...Oh, baby, you know, I've really got to leave you / Oh, I can hear it callin 'me / I said don't you hear it callin' me the way it used to do?...
- Anne Bredon
(If we ever write up Mind Games, I will do him explaining how of course he immediately shot his science officer upon finding her a prisoner of the Tal Shiar with no hope of escape, and hoped that she would do the same to him if the circumstances were reversed)
I definitely need to write more from Syndra's perspective, too. Really enjoyed coming up with something for this challenge.
Bran, any clarification? Does it have to deal with the fallout of the Romulan arc, or is ANY case where people who should be enemies become friends an acceptable response to the challenge?
I have an idea, but I need to work some things out first to see if it would be OK...

I feel late to the party :P
Any case is fine

Basically, it continues the interaction between Veleen and Tieria while exploring some of Veleen's personal opinions on the Federation and the Klingons, along with Veleen making what could be considered a 'Deal with the Devil'.
Anyway, please take a look at my entry and tell me what you think.
Know the feeling. I got tied up in Holiday commitments over the weekend and didn't get my last entry into the extended LC of last (going to hold the concept for adaption into another LC sometime), and I only found out about this one at work today. Have to wait to get home tonight to start working on my entry.
In this entry Sa'lvin has transferred backwards along his timeline(Tribble) to a new timeline(Holodeck) where he has started over, hence he has already met Gregs my main character in the previous timeline but doesn't know if he'll change the timeline now.
His name is Ace now because he doesn't exist in the new timeline, replaced by my Reman character Striker, an alternate version of Sa'lvin.
That was an attempt to clear somethings up.

...What happened to the button for flagging inappropriate posts? Because advertising Fleets is inappropriate for this thread, and for the Literary Challenge Thread, too!
Bran, can you please do something about this earthsyndicate guy?
The original way I'd had some later parts of it written out didn't sit well for me, so I reworded it.
The way it reads now seems better to me, and I think it shows just how dedicated Veleen is to protecting her people from the Tal Shiar and other threats.
I look forward to seeing what people think of it, especially the regular Lit Challenge Writers/Reviewers.
Not sure--though I am of the opinion that guy misinterpreted what the thread was about.
By the way, what do you think of my Lit Challenge Entry?
@takeshi6 - As of this post I have not read your post .. yet

Kathryn Beringer - Rachel Nichols
Anthi Ythysi - Katheryn Winnick

Staza Murai - Sarah Lind
The Forums here don't seem to like special symbols typed anywhere but on the Forums--the only ones it 'likes' are Question Marks, periods, and commas. Possibly slashes, too, but I haven't tried those yet.
Just remember, if you copy paste something from a Word Processor into these forums, make sure to delete and re-type any special symbols, to prevent odd question marks from showing up.
Still, a rather interesting entry. Out of curiosity, what did you think of mine?
I really enjoyed it it's good to see how far Veleen has come, and indeed, interesting to see a side to Section 31 other than black leather and subterfuge  A fine entry indeed
I quite liked it, and to be honest I cant blame Veleen to side with Starfleet...although personally I picked the Klingons because they did fight by side with you when the Tal shiar came, but that's off topic.
Also her voicing " Yeah i might have a boyfriend someday" is a bit...yeah okay, we need to keep the population up now we got another homeworld to colonize ;D
