Issues with the Deep Space Nine bundle

I could not claim the bundle on my klingon. I'm assuming that it's minimum level was not lowered to 1 and is still restricted to 20.

On my F-Romulan, I couldn't even claim the federation pack. I was able to claim the KDF pack, but only at 50.

Please gix this.

    Its because the DS9 bundle is federation specific

    Wrong. I could claim it on my F-Romulan, but I can't claim it on my Federation.
