Server not responding

30 seconds after logging in my system fives a "Server Not Responding" message and then after 15 secs dumps me to the log in screen.

I have rebooted, tried with different characters, even re-patched. Anyone else getting this?

    yes been happening for few days now and again but since the patch today its been doing it within minutes of logging on.

    Unable to get past character select screen, I get a message after selecting, during loading (cant tell what it is because it's partially hidden behind one of the lcars graphics on the screen with a timer), and unable to complete a tracert to cryptic studios:
