Hello everybody 
First of all: You guys did a great job on LoR and i hope you keep it up with great content in the future years.
BUT: And this is a HUUUUGE BUT:
The first thing you did, was introducing us to a new Que-System, that made the f2p players have to wait about 60 Minutes to get in the game, when we had the location 25k of about 30k... That sucked big time. Then you got disconnected after the connection to the server had timed out, and ppl had to wait again. The que time became less and less after you made some maintenances. So far so good, but now another emergency sceduled downtime, and while talking to some other ppl from my fleet via skype, we cant get into the game.
The launcher is fast and quick, it takes a while to get to the menu to chose the character, and then happens what? QUick guess: Nothing. Loading the game fails. everytime for an hour now. the reasons are unknown, that at least what the game tells us.
I dont know what you broke or if are just too many ppl are trying to get into the game at the same time, but this is just crappy...
Why dont you just get another server... Would help sooo many ppl...
